Our one-hour Ignite sessions are designed to take young athletes to the next level.

Classes are hosted in our Private Training Studio and programmed by our ACSM and NASM Certified Personal Trainers.

$605 for 24 classes           $310 for 12 classes

$28 for single class drop in

Classes begin Tuesday, June 6 and run until Thursday, July 27

Teams of 4 or more can schedule their own class times. Classes are designed for ages 12 to 18. Please call for more information or to set up classes for your 12 and under athlete.
