Live Oak Fitness Enters Phase 2

Classes Returning In-Studio Wednesday, May 20

Live Oak Fitness is excited to reintroduce classes in-studio starting this week! We will be transitioning into Phase 2 of our Studio on Monday, May 18. Classes in studio will begin on Wednesday, May 20. 


Our amazing staff continues to make sure that you have the safest environment we can provide for our clients. We have updated our bullet point items below to comply with Phase 2 as well as Governor Kemp's Executive Order on May 12, 2020.


A couple of additional items:

 

  • Classes will be limited to 4 participants in studio to abide by social distancing regulations. Please register for classes online through Mindbody .
  • We will continue to offer our classes on Zoom.
  • Kelly will continue to do all of her appointments and classes through Zoom and YouTube until we move into Phase 3.
  • If you do not feel comfortable coming in, we will continue to offer Zoom appointments.

Live Oak Fitness Protocols, Phase 2

The following guidelines will be in place starting on Monday, May 18, 2020. Numbers next to a guideline indicate a reference to Georgia Governor Brian Kemp’s Executive Order on May 12, 2020 pages 15 and 16 that directly pertains to gyms and fitness facilities.


Phase 2 Plan for Live Oak Fitness

All of these guidelines will be adhered too after the management of Live Oak Fitness begins Phase 2. Any guideline superseded by state or federal guideline will be followed. These procedures will stay in place until it is deemed safe by our management to move to Phase 3.

 

  • All clients will be verbally screened for COVID19 before entry (1)
  • Individual Private Personal Training and Double Private Personal Training, and Group Classes will be offered in studio
  • Group Classes will begin on Wednesday, May 20, 2020
  • Group Classes will limit size to a maximum of 4 clients (4) (18) (19)
  • No Cool Down Stretches or Pilates in studio will be offered in Phase 2 (17)
  • Maximum occupancy of 12 people in studio at a time (4)
  • No children (12)
  • Clients are asked to stay in car or outside before trainer brings you into facility
  • Clients and Performance Coaches cannot gather in the Foyer (2)
  • Showers will be available, but clients are asked to bring their own towel
  • Clients are asked to bring their own workout towels
  • Clients must have an appointment, no walk in appointments or use of the cardio equipment
  • Performance Coaches must wear a face covering
  • Each room must have hand sanitizer as well as 3 other sites (6)
  • High Risk clients are encouraged not to train in studio
  • Clients are asked to bring their own water, but bottled water and water from the cooler will be available
  • Clients are asked to bring their own exercise mats, no exercise mats will be provided
  • No sessions held on the field house turf grass
  • No client can touch keypads for card transactions (5)
